Underprivileged School Children of Imo State

Umuada Igbo Washington State made the lives of underprivileged school children and those with disabilities in Imo state looked better at this period of love and giving.

The distinguished Ladies of Umuada Igbo Washington State fulfilled their mission by donating generously for the upkeep of these often neglected underprivileged school children in Owerri local government area of Imo State.

As part of our 2017 philanthropic venture, we visited some underprivileged schools in the areas mentioned and witnessed the filth and squalor in which these young innocent and disabled kids reside. Indeed this young school children with disabilities and special aid need do not deserve the state of despair in which they find themselves. The government needs to do a much better job creating healthy learning and care environment for these disadvantaged kids.

We wouldn’t have achieved this benevolent venture, without the tremendous amount of support by our generous donors in our community. Umuada extends a huge thank you to this distinguished donors who have made a real difference in the lives of these young kids. As a result of your patronage, these children will go to bed happy, well nourished and better off than the night before. You really put a smile on their faces. You all are life changers and for that, you have our immersed gratitude. Please join us in the future to keep hope alive. Thank you so much.

Below are some of the faces, sites, and sounds from these underprivileged children in Imo State that your donation helped to uplift their spirit. God bless you all and reward you in folds. Let’s do it again.

Special thanks to the virtuous ladies of Umuada Igbo Washington State who worked tirelessly out of their limited time to set up this mission. You have exemplified what caring and giving should look like. Also I must not hesitate to thank our delegates in Nigeria for their resourcefulness in making the mission a successful one. Thank you for all your good work.
